Dan Joyce – Enlightened Sound- Sound Engineer



Born in Leicestershire, (England) Dan has spent the last 7 years living and working in Amsterdam as a freelance engineer and musician. Working regularly in venues such as Paradiso, Sugar Factory, Ruighoord and festivals such as Glastonbury, Landjuveel and Stofpop to name but a few, He has established his reputation as a hard working and reliable addition to any show.
Working in some of the best venues in the country he has had the pleasure of working with artists such as Marcus Miller, Blondie, Candy Dulfer, Spinvis, Giles Peterson, and many others.
Whether it be front of house, mixing monitors or any of the many other jobs in the sound business he always manages to be in the picture to work the best shows and meet the people in the industry who make it happen.

After two years with the WJS show Dan will be heading up the sound crew for the ’08 summer tour and promises us some sonic treats for our smiling ears.

In his spare time Dan enjoys funkin’ out on his bass and breaking things so he can fix them again.
